Established in 2004 as a husband and wife partnership Landau Properties has gone from strength to strength. Initially starting with an 18th Century cottage conversion in the Meon Valley Landau Properties went on to successfully convert a period property in Fareham into apartments.  A flint and brick pre 18th Century Farmhouse has been an ongoing project for Landau Properties with a full internal refurbishment.  2006 saw LP purchase land in Eastleigh and branch out into “new build” with four three bedroom houses.
